Will I get notified when my item(s) ships?

Yes. Once your package has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you, alerting you of the impending delivery and providing you with a delivery confirmation number, which can be used to check the status of your delivery.

Has my order shipped? Where is my item?

The indication that your order has shipped will be a notification email with order invoice and updated shipping information.  If your packages each show a status of "delivered", and you still cannot determine their location, please contact us via email at singingmesaranch@gmail.com or info@equusflyveil.com.

Delivery Time

Usually, orders take 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after payment has been received to process before being shipped. However, there are some cases where processing may take longer than expected (you will be contacted if there is any delay in the order). This Processing Time is completely separate from the Shipping Time, therefore, to estimate Delivery Time, please consider the following:

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time

You will be notified by e-mail once your order is shipped. Once an order has shipped, you will be provided with tracking/delivery confirmation information via e-mail. In some instances, there may be unexpected delays. If there is a prolonged delay in processing your order, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone. 

Singing Mesa Ranch and Equus Fly Veils are both part-time side business and the owners work a full time day job.  The best method of reaching us is via email message.  If you are wanting to visit with a real person, please leave a detailed phone message requesting a call back.

What shipping methods do you offer and how long will shipping take?

Delivery time varies depending on the method of shipping chosen. Here are the estimated delivery time for the shipping methods we offer:

Please note that there is usually a 1-3 day processing period for all orders, unless otherwise noted in the product's description, and we do not process any orders after 6 p.m. (CST) or on weekends and national holidays.
