RANCH WEAR RETURNS
You have 30 days from your shipping date to email us regarding the return. We will happily accept clean, unused ranch wear. Should you wish to exchange your unused purchase for a different size, we will gladly ship your exchange for free! You are responsible for return shipment costs to our location.
EQUUS FLY VEIL RETURNS
DEFECTIVE VEIL:
Should you receive your Equus Fly Veil and find a manufacturing defect in your veil, you may contact us by email (singingmesaranch@gmail.com) and notify us that you are returning the veil and let us know if you want an exchange of a like size, or, a full refund. In your email, please provide detailed pictures of the defect and your original EFV order number. Exchanges requested for manufacturing flaws are shipped to you free of charge upon receipt of your return! Details on the return process will be sent to you after we've reviewed your defect pictures.
NOT DEFECTIVE:
For returns not related to a manufacturing defect of the veil, you have 30 days from your shipping date to email us regarding the return. We will happily accept clean, unused veils in their complete original packaging.
You are responsible for return shipment costs to our location.
Any returns that have obvious signs of use, including hair and dirt will incur a restocking fee of 20%.
While we understand you must try the veil on your horse to see if the veil fits, we can not accept returns of veils that have been on your equine for riding sessions.
Think of it as trying on a pair of shoes vs wearing them to the mall.
Should you wish to exchange your unused purchase for a different size, we will gladly ship your exchange for free! Please remember we are a very small business.
Free shipping to the customer and online fees for the transaction and credit card payments are an out of pocket cost of roughly $10 per veil ordered. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for understanding.
